Only 8 months to go!

We have just 8 months until all 15 of us travel to South Africa to change the lives of hundreds of vulnerable children and we couldn't be more excited! We are all busy fundraising, planning our trip, booking flights, organising training and getting ready for an amazing journey.

We have already had our first training weekend which was both great fun and eye opening. Amongst lots of planning, we completed some community service (clearing roads, cutting back trees and bushes and helping a Kent community spruce up their village). We also completed a first aid course which was kindly donated to us by the local Scout group and finally, we all learnt how to play the African Drums in a session run by our very own Joe Redston.
